I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in New Jersey. Through my practice, Oak & Olive Counseling, I provide individual therapy to those looking to be connected to services that are supportive, compassionate and transparent. I operate from a trauma informed and attachment focused lens, which I use to help you organize and understand how trauma, early childhood attachments and lived experiences play a role in any present challenges. As a bi-racial Filipina-American therapist, I connect my lived experiences with my clinical skills as a means of helping other multicultural individuals navigate through issues and concerns related to biculturalism, attachment and childhood trauma in relation to culture and community.
