Glecie Caballero is a first generation Filipina of Ilongga and Visayan ancestry. She is on Ohlone Land, aka San Francisco and is the creator of In Her Healings, a Healing Sanctuary which was born when she turned her pain into power. 2020, the year of staying inside, meant an inner-work journey which led her to Reiki Energy Healing.
As a Registered Nurse by profession, working at a surgery center, this challenged her perceptions of what healing people actually looks like – a remembrance of ancestral wisdom. It became clear that not only for her, her family and friends but also for a lot of her patients, the physical ailments they were experiencing were years of unresolved traumas and accumulated stress now showing up within their bodies.
She supports the people she serves to heal from the inside out by taking a whole-person approach to health and healing rather than quick fixes. Her lived experiences as a survivor of child sexual abuse, generational cycle breaker, healer in holistic health arts allow her to hold a safe and sacred space for transformative healing.
Glecie has training in Reiki Energy Healing, Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neurolinguistic programming) & EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Tapping and facilitates one-on-one sessions in-person & virtual as well as group healing circles.
