I began my extensive bodywork journey in 2007 and specialized in deep tissue and neuromuscular massage therapy for the first 7 years of my career. Then in 2014, I gravitated towards a women-centered practice as I recognized a growing need to support the women of my community within a safe space where they can feel comfortable and nurtured. I advanced my training and expertise in Prenatal and Postnatal Massage Therapy and have dedicated my practice to assisting women as their bodies adapt throughout pregnancy and recovery, ever since. The heart of my work is my deep understanding and knowledge around the emotional, physical, and energetic layers of the cyclic female body. Whether you are getting your body ready for motherhood, seeking relief from muscular pain, or simply wanting to relax and feel more within your body, I am honored to help provide a quiet sacred space for you to embrace your own body’s ability to self heal and transform.
