This is a meaningful opportunity to use your writing and research skills to make a tangible impact—by increasing access to healing, connection, and support across our networks.

You'll be part of envisioning and building the bridge from where we are to where we hope to be. Whether you’re an experienced grant writer or a skilled communicator eager to grow in this area, we’d love to welcome you into our ecosystem of care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and grow the Research and identify prospective fundraising and grant opportunities aligned with our mission

    • Write and edit grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and fundraising narratives

    • Maintain a calendar of submission deadlines and reporting requirements

    • Collaborate with our founders, program leads, and storytellers to gather relevant content and data

    • Help develop and execute a fundraising strategy and grant toolkit for future volunteers and team sustainability

This Role is Perfect for You If You:

    • Believe in mental health justice, community care, and ancestral healing

    • Have strong writing, editing, and research skills

    • Are organized, self-motivated, and enjoy working collaboratively

    • Want to grow your nonprofit or grant writing portfolio

    • Be part of a growing grassroots movement centering Filipino mental health and wellness

    • Help increase access to culturally-responsive care for historically underserved communities

    • Join a compassionate and creative team committed to collective healing

    • Access to organization merch, events, and internal wellness resources

    • Build community connections, receive team support, and develop skills in nonprofit development

    • Recognition on our website, social media, and end-of-year appreciation offerings

    To Apply:
Send us a short introduction, a writing sample (can be a past grant, project narrative, or relevant piece), and a brief note on why this role resonates with you. No formal resume needed—we value lived experience, passion, and heart.
